I have seen it time and time again.

God uses the story of my life to fulfill His purpose. I have figured it years back that the story of my life is not really about me, but about Him and how he can use me to glorify Him.

My joys bring happiness.

My pain strengthens others.

My struggles give hope.

My hope encourages.

My faith leads people to Him.

Knowing this leads me to surrender even more. After all, Him being God gives Him full access to my life, every bit of it.

And my life from start to end is about Him. My marriage is about Him. My family is about Him. My parenting is about Him. My friendships are about Him. My work, my talents, my money, my time are all about Him. Simply put, everything points back to Him.

So when I go through the highs and lows, the peaks and valleys, and the different seasons of my life, I just remember that God is at work in and through my life. It is not just about what He wants to do in me but also what He can do through me. It is humbling,really. And what a great privilege!

So here I am, Lord, use my life as your platform. Anyway your story for me and how you want to use me is the best life I could possibly live.
