I am irreplaceable as JA’s wife. I am his only wife. (Thank God! :-))
I am irreplaceable as Andi’s mom. I am her only mother.
Aside from these two roles, I am replaceable. I am replaceable in any profession, job or ministry. Someone can and will be better than me in what I do and can do.
Simply put, here is my point: Prioritize the roles where you are irreplaceable. Because those are the greatest roles you have and will ever have. And these will be the ones that will bring the most fulfillment and reward. These are what God entrusted solely to us and us alone.
And my prayer is that we do what it takes to fulfill them the best way we can. Because the truth is, if we don’t, no one else will.
