It Never Gets Old

Met up with a friend late afternoon yesterday. We went through the booklet called One2One, which discusses the foundation and the basics of Christianity. I am still amazed after having read and shared the truths of the word of God for years now.

My top three thoughts:

1. Sharing about Jesus and seeing people transformed and restored by Jesus never gets old. It simply doesn’t get old. Changed lives are great miracles. I was saved, changed (and still being changed) and transformed (and still being transformed).

2. Investing in other people’s lives is never a waste. I am forever grateful for people who have shared, prayed, invested their time in me and built relationships with me. They have sowed seeds in my life that have bore, are bearing and will bear fruit even in the future.

3. It is a joy to be used by God. I can’t really find the right term for it, but I am bursting with so much joy every time God chooses to use me. It reminds me over and over again who I was apart from Him: NOTHING. And how everything that I have now, and all that I have become now is because of His grace, because of His love and faithfulness. And that is all I share really, that is all that I can share.

I know that what changed me was simply who entered my life: Jesus. Question is, will you let Him enter yours, and let Him change you as well?
